The Titsmaster
A fellow narrehan called the Titsmaster known for his reputation to take a pose before endulging his prey..
while the girl, one of the many innocent victims of the vampire's eyes, lays clueless and awed..
Pwede to maging movie poster, a good title for this picture could probably be...
... the Polo shirt. hehe. joke lang pow!!! :)
Merry Christmas to everyone!!! I'm going home to Tacloban early tomorrow morning!!! wooohoooooo!!!!

Naruto-khun
Okay, eto ngayon pinagkakaabalahan ko, anime. plot: ninja kids training to become super ninjas. from Leftmost, si Kakashi-sensei -> teacher/mentor nila; Sakura-chan -> crush ni Naruto, na ang crush naman ay si Sasuke (rightmost character); Naruto -> ang banong bida, super kulit, pero minsan astig (gustong maging super Ninja); at si Sasuke -> ung rival, closefriend, teammate, cool guy w/ the japorms moves and skills, not interested kay Sakura (not interested in girls, just wants revenge on his brother who wiped out his clan). Together, they're classmates on adventures/training,etc, it's really addicting. I've watched up to episode 70++ pa lang ngayon, the anime's up to 116 ata as of my writing, every week may nirerelease ung Tokyo TV sa primetime nila. Not my first anime watched, or followed. But at least my first na madaling nahiram. Thanks Lenard and Rommel. Marami pang maganda na anime pero nakakaubos ng oras. :) pero ang galing na pagkakagawa, at usually mixture of parang absurdness and profoundness ung mga script nila. Can't explain, pero if you're an anime fan, you probably know what i'm talking about. :)

picture from a fansite of naruto.
learned from my officemate Lawrence (galing Japan) khun appended to a name ay boy daw, and chan ay girl. san pag grown na, respect din. Learned from the Shogun book, na Sama naman ay pag super powerful person naman na respected, revered, and feared.
At eto pa, kung bakit daw lahat ng anime (okay, almost) may girl na Sakura ang pangalan. Parang national flower ata to ng Japan, or a beautiful flower in japan.

DSP vintage poster teaser
Another scavenged picture from my files. Teaser ng DSP when we were DSPkids, we made a spoof poster of american pie (yes, kalalabas lang nung part 1 nun, i read there's a fourth one in the making "band camp") with all the faculty members ng DSP kasama. Di ko lam kung nasama nga lahat. An saya dahil game sila lahat. :)
here's another toast for those memorable college days.. :)

Ju-on
Ju-on sa may amin, meron kandilang kakaiba

practicing what joey calls long exposure, if that's what it's even called. :)

Walking Away..
"Tatlong magkakaibigan ang sa gubat napasyal
Magsasaka, mangangaral at mangangalakal
Doo'y may ermitanyong nasalubong nila
May tatlong kumikislap na butil na dala
Butil ng pag-ibig, wika ng matanda
Ay ipamahagi palagi sa kapwa...."
the rest of the song is here.
- my thoughts. whoever I am, wherever I am, whatever my path is,
remember to give the love back I so graciously and abundantly receive...

Docking
As the scalawag stepped on the shore, he felt safe but somewhat cautious. After a while in the seas, he felt seasick on land. The horizon spoke of hopelessness when he was looking for dry land. But now, it looks tempting. From the island, a more stable ship, the sea looks different and enticing. How a cup of fresh and bacteria-free water has blurred this adventurer's thirst. This is not my stop, he says. "Hoist the sails, something' s not right," he says to his first mate, "the sand smells different," as he tries to hide his disdain for settling on stable ground. "We'll look for another town to pillage.. " the water sliding down the shore after crashing onto his wooden foot.
"Aye, " says the pirate. He snorts as a wicked grin escapes his scurvied and gold-minted teeth.

Just a little make believe, :)
Loved the role of Jack Sparrow!

The Silver Lining
It's just a finger's point away.
I tend to think that life is just a matter of outlook. Everybody breathes the same air, gets the same opportunities and almost equal share of relative bad luck. My grandfather used to say, the stomach gets full w/ the same amount of ordinary fish or expensive meat. It's a matter of either having your glass half full or half empty? Simply put, outlook.
If you're having a bad day, smile, you've hit a trough, tough luck, but don't worry, tomorrow's it's all uphill. It's the momentum used by fate to thrust you upwards.
As I charge into unchartered seas, nothing but the wind on my face, and the faint light to guide me, I clasp the sides of the boat. It's been a peaceful ride, and a wonderful afternoon. I've found my north. Captain, I say, into the great wide open...

My kit
Books, light, inspiration, water, and a table. A couple of must haves when you're living away from home. This shot was taken by Donna. She's proud of this picture, and so am I, subtle and sensitive.
She still doesn't want to try out bloggersville though, probably still testing out the water. :) Sooner or later, I'd be able to convince her, hehe.
Here's a toast for blogsites. It's great making my blogspot my avant-garde. I can write anything (still unsure because i might have to consider PG restriction). I can be anybody here. That's what i like the most.
Thanks to Joey's incessant ranting for us to have blogs, I've come to like updating this site. I can vent, gripe, share, meet, cuss, pretend, and not give a damn. I think it's healthy letting it out loose once in while. It's what keeps me sane, and oh... i think i'll add this to my survival kit.

Night Swimming
Night swimming of some friends/officemates when they went to Tacloban. Clockwise from upper right corner is Emman of NEC, Raki, Jason Santos (formerly from VICON), Noeme, and Lawrence. I think they're playing some game here, and yes, they're all mature adults. =) Just having some fun, looking forward to the Christmas break, Merry Christmas sa inyong lahat!!

Puerto Sunset
I'm looking forward to a nice 3 day break. This photo was taken w/ the camera set on auto, laden on a batik blanket against the moist sands of puerto gallera.. Actually, one of my favorites, a picture of me and Donna. :) A weekend getaway just a few hours from Manila, you can have a handful of cherishable and life-lasting moments...

McDonald's Landing
Yesterday marked the 60th Leyte Landing anniversary, the event where supposedly Gen. Douglas MacArthur saved us from the Japs. I only had time to go around the city at night and take some shots.
I'm still sick, and my back aches for so long. Darn, signs of age, and i'm only turning 25! it's come to collect, the 1st quarter credits for 1st quarter crisis. Welcome. Silver Jubilee!
Naive Waray-waray folk celebrating the American's arrival
Furniture and american antique expo
A couple of night shots; the left one is the newly erected marvelous and giant Crucifix along the tacloban boulevard; the right one is the walkway to a restaurant/port along the bay.

Py in the skie
I just came from Tacloban, and it feels the same way every time I leave. Leaving for school in college, and work for the past 3 years. On board the airplane, when I look out of that window, there's my pie from the sky...
My hometown, the northern tip of Leyte.

Isko ng Bayan uli...
Nothing to do, I try to explore i try to capture one campus afternoon...
I remember the agonizing walks to the Vanguard building to report for ROTC training..
ahh... but this one's a bit refreshing..
a lonely pine tree against a fine landmark in the vicinity of the track oval.
i could have shot this better, but experience just seems to get the best of me, i hope i could make a better shot next time, i call this one "the free tree"
This pathway didn't exist when I was still a freshman. I remember how hard school was for me back then. whew, people always find a better a way...
Tomorrow the world...
A magnificent tree. hmm.. poems are made by fools like me...
Here's what i call "A branch on a tree", teehee..
The clocktower, a plaything for the College of Music students, once in a while, you'll hear the latest catchy song on the airwaves played on this clock tower.
